Countertop Installation for Kitchens, Bathrooms, Homes, and Commercial Spaces

Al Jory Marble installs countertops in homes and businesses across Chicago and the suburbs. We handle the whole job, from the first measurement through final placement, in marble, quartz, granite, and quartzite.

Residential work is mostly kitchen islands and perimeter tops, bathroom vanities, and the occasional laundry or bar top. Commercial work runs to restaurant bars, cafe service counters, and office reception desks, usually scheduled around a build so the tops go in when the space is ready.

Every install starts with a template of your actual space. Walls are rarely square and cabinets are rarely level, so we measure the room as built rather than working from plans. From there the slab is cut in our Crestwood shop and set by our own crew, whether the job is in Chicago, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Naperville, Schaumburg, Joliet, or Aurora.

Before We Arrive

Clear the counters and empty the cabinets underneath. If we are removing old tops, disconnect the sink and cooktop, or ask us to handle it. We protect floors and doorways on the way in.

Existing countertops are cut loose and carried out. We take the debris with us. Most kitchens are down to bare cabinets within an hour.

Slabs are placed, leveled, and shimmed to the cabinets, then seams are joined and color matched. Sink and cooktop cutouts are dressed on site.
